1. PRECISION DC STRINGING & MC4 CRIMPING
Improperly crimped MC4 connectors are the #1 cause of DC arc faults and combiner box fires. MACI's trade-validated electrical technicians use calibrated ratchet and hydraulic crimping tools, industrial hot-air guns for heat-shrink sleeves, and True-RMS digital multimeters to verify string Voc, Isc, and polarity before connecting to String Combiner Boxes (SCBs) or string inverters.

2. UNDERGROUND AC/HT CABLE TRENCHING & LAYING
For LT AC (1.1kV) and HT XLPE (11kV/33kV) cables:
• JCB excavation of standardized trenches (1.0m to 1.2m depth).
• Cushioning with 150mm fine river sand, protective class-A brick cover, and route markers.
• Mechanized cable pulling using rollers to strictly respect minimum bending radius limits.

3. CALIBRATED MEGGER & EARTH RESISTANCE AUDITS
Using our in-house inventory of Digital Meggers, Earth Resistance Testers, and Clip-On Meters, MACI certifies every circuit and chemical earthing grid (< 1 Ohm substation grid compliance) to ensure smooth CEIG approval and DISCOM synchronization.
