Directs all electrical installation, AC/DC cabling, 11kV/33kV/66kV substation interfacing, Megger/Earth testing audits, and zero-harm HSE safety compliance across all active project sites.
Manages MACI's owned fleet of tractor-mounted augers, JCBs, Flori mixers, and civil execution crews, ensuring millimeter-accurate foundation piling and durable MCR/ICR control room construction.
Supervises 24x7 solar plant O&M contracts, robotic & pressurized tanker cleaning schedules, daily safety toolbox talks (TBT), and trade validation compliance for 150+ field technicians.
