Technical Scope of Work & Field Specifications
Complete electrical Balance of System (BoS) cabling from PV strings to Inverter Control Rooms and up to the 33kV/66kV Switchyard.
KEY TECHNICAL DELIVERABLES:
• Excavation of 1.2m deep underground cable trenches with river-sand bedding, protective brick layers, and warning tapes.
• Unwinding and laying of 1.5kV DC solar cables, 1.1kV LT AC armoured cables, and 33kV HT XLPE cables using heavy cable jacks and rollers.
• Heat-shrink indoor and outdoor cable terminations using industrial hot guns and hydraulic crimping tools.
• 5kV / 1kV Digital Insulation Resistance (Megger) testing and Hi-Pot validation prior to charging.
• Chemical earthing electrode installation and GI strip interconnection across MMS structures, LA, and transformers.
